I love this monitor and camera and have never had a problem. Ive had it about a year and a half and the monitor will no longer work when unplugged. The battery has completely given up its will to live and I dont see a means of replacing it like Ive done with other monitors. The range and connectivity are fantastic. I can be out in the backyard and babys room is at the front of the house and still get signal. The camera panning is great and reliable and the video quality is great for a little monitor. Still highly recommend just realize it wont last beyond the crib years.
