Make sure the lid is fully aligned before closing, and carry the cooler upright whenever possible. Regularly check the handle and sealing parts for signs of wear or looseness, so milk stays securely stored while you are on the go.
Before heading out, make sure the silicone ring is correctly installed and the lid is fully aligned before closing. For more reliable freshness beyond home, fully freeze the cooling components before use and keep the cooler closed as much as possible during travel. Charging issues are commonly caused by low-power adapters, damaged cables, or charging port issues. Use the original cable and a compatible charger recommended in the user manual, and check that the charging port is clean and dry. Mold or residue may appear if moisture is trapped inside the cooling components or if parts are stored before fully drying. To keep every feeding part clean and ready for the next trip out, wash and fully dry all parts after each use, and avoid storing the cooler while damp.

Compatible storage bottles and removable bottle parts can also be cleaned and sterilized with the Momcozy One-Stop Baby Bottle Washer and Sterilizer.

Once breast milk is warmed, it should be used within 2 hours. If it is not finished within that time, discard it to reduce the risk of bacterial growth. Warmed milk should not be placed back in the refrigerator or reheated.
