The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Note: For Italy, orders under €29,99 EUR will be charged a shipping cost of €4,95 EUR.
We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your
order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to
an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Momcozy covers customs duties for all orders except those shipped to India. Customers in India are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties.
Extra Shipping Fee for Large Essentials
Due to the size and special handling requirements, our larger essential products—such as diapers and wipes—incur an additional shipping fee of $9.99 per order. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure these products arrive in the best condition for you and your family.
