At Momcozy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why every product comes with warranty coverage — up to 3 years, depending on the product category. The warranty covers failures caused by non-human factors, such as manufacturing defects or internal malfunctions under normal use. Simply keep your proof of purchase and contact us if you experience any issues within the warranty period. We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether it's a free replacement part, a replacement unit, or a refund. Please note that warranty periods vary by product category: strollers carry the longest coverage (3 years), followed by battery-operated products (2 years; 3 years in Spain), while textiles, home & travel products, and accessories have shorter warranty terms. Some exclusions apply, such as damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification. For the exact coverage of your product, please see our complete warranty policy.
